 Kalavrita Ski Center is situated on the North – Western slope of Helmos Mountain at the altitude of 1,700 m. (Xerokambos) and at the highest point of 2,340 m. (Neraidorachi). It has been operating since 1988 and offers the visitors modem facilities including 8 ski lifts and 13 ski runs of all levels of difficulty.
It is located at the distance of 14 km. from Kalavrita and 203 km. away from Athens. The Ski Center operates on every day basis during the winter season (December to April) from 8:30 till 16:00. The entertainment of a great number of visitors is ensured by various activities offered at the premises of the Ski Center all the year round.
FACILITIES:
At the premises of the Ski Center on Helmos mountain a visitor can find comfortable parking facilities, two chalet, coffee shops, restaurants and enjoy skiing at night, special ski run for moguls ski, snowboard park, paragliding, snowmobiles park and of course, a lot of happenings, organized throughout the winter. There are also ski retail - rentals shop, ski school, photography shop, as well as first aid.
